How do I redeem a voucher?
Every voucher arrives by email, ready to use. Simply book an appointment through the booking form for the Spa you prefer, then show your voucher when you pay in Spa — at any of the three Spas. Bookings can be made via each Spa's booking form, by telephone, or on WhatsApp.
How long is a voucher valid?
6 months from the date of purchase — enough time to find the perfect moment.
Can a voucher be used at any Spa?
Yes. Vouchers are redeemable at all three Soul Thai Spas in Pretoria — Centurion, Serene and Irene.
Which treatments can I gift?
Any of them. Every treatment in the menu can be purchased as a gift — choose a specific treatment, or a voucher amount and let them decide.
